Recruitment process FAQ

  • All our open positions are posted on our Career page. We only accept online applications. After clicking on the Apply link, you will be taken to an application form where you fill out your personal information, Linkedin, reply to some evaluation questions, attach your CV and record a video (it’s optional but we highly appreciate getting to know you more at an early stage). We consider applications on a rolling basis and do our very best to keep our candidates updated.

  • We always aim to conduct as efficient and quality-assured recruitment processes as possible.

    When advancing in our process, you will start off by doing tests through our partner Alva Labs, we do two types of testing, one logic test and a psychometric one.

    The second step is a competency based interview, followed by a CEO interview where you will present a business case.

    The last step is a reference check and a shorter conversation about our company culture and what we can offer you. We also offer the possibility to meet the team before making your decision if you’re interested in working with us.

    If our recruitment processes would be delayed or for some reason put on hold, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.

  • No, not unless it’s clearly specified in the job description. We are proud of being a company with a diverse international team, and we communicate in English among ourselves and with our clients.

  • Since our clients are primarily located in Sweden, we want our team members to be located somewhere in Sweden. We do Tuesdays at the office, monthly townhalls and bi-yearly conferences, meaning that we would like you to travel to Stockholm on a regular basis if you live outside the capital.

  • Not as this point unfortunately. If you wish to work with us, you will need to relocate to Sweden by yourself.

Are you a student looking for work experience? Why not become a consultant in the making through our internship program?

Our internships are an amazing opportunity for you to grow into a fully-fledged Management Consultant with strong project and leadership-related skills. As an intern, you become a part of our team, working closely with a mentor and participating in monthly development sessions focused on your learning. All our internships are paid.

Our internship structure:

  • Requirements: to be a university student in your final year of studies

  • Time period: from 6 to 12 months, depending on your availability.

  • Work hours: part-time or full-time, depending on your preference

  • What we offer: intern salary, intern benefits, monthly learning and development sessions, and the support of our team
